Hello...

I am grateful to have been born at this time – the flourishing of the PC, the internet, smartphones, the cloud, the post-PC era. As an entrepreneur, it’s been an incredible journey for me. Having been able to experience this development first-hand, to co-found and grow several major internet companies in Germany, to go public, and to finance and mentor some of our country’s most exciting startups, is something I am thankful for every day.

Now the same dramatic evolution we saw in information technology is happening in biology, nanotechnology, and medicine. However spectacular our technological development has been so far, I am even more excited about what lies ahead of us.

What started out more than ten years ago as a personal quest to shed the many extra pounds and the extremely unhealthy lifestyle I acquired while building web.de, turned into my number one priority: use all the available and upcoming medical knowledge to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible,

Over time this has grown into a remarkable team that is genuinely interested in healthy longevity. We are extremely positive about the possibilities that tomorrow has in store for us and we want to contribute as much as possible to this amazing future by accelerating its development.

For us, the prospect is clear:

We have been handed the most exciting opportunity in the history of humanity. Our generation might be the first to overcome aging or at least to extend our healthy life span for an extremely long time.

It’s a unique opportunity that we want to use to our full advantage.

To provide a platform as well as the resources necessary for the pursuit of our goals, I have created the non-profit Forever Healthy Foundation, refocused my venture capital company Kizoo on rejuvenation biotech, and committed a substantial part of my personal wealth to the cause.
